    Working Principle:
    The ALN series capacitance type level switch uses the probe of the level switch and the bucket wall as the two plates of the capacitor, when the medium between the two plate changes, so does the capacitance. The special analysis and treatment unit of the level switch examines the range of changment. When the change value up to the set value of the switch, then it transfers to the switch signal to output for the control using and reflects the measured medium or the height of the liquid interface.

    Installation Instruction:
    1. Please make sure that if the power supply, the connecting liquid material are
    fit for the field requirement when installation, stop installing and connect with us if there is something wrong.
     
    1. Please pay attention to protection when install the covering probe to avoid
    the external protective coating cracking.
     
    1. The wire leaded-in from the electric interface and joint stablely matching the
    indication on the terminal.
    (Note: 220VAC/ 105VAC voltage matches different wiring terminals, it must be not connected wrong or the product will burn out and lead the safty accident!)

    Adjustment Instruction:
    1. Indicator light instruction: when the indicator light is normal is that the probe
    has measured the material and the light is red, when there is no material left, the light turn off, not the signal of electric power.
     
    1. Coarse adjustment(adjusting when the van is empty or the probe does not
    touch the material): adjust the SENSITIBITY ADJ knob to the maximum sensitivity(the white signal linepoint to the H), then use the small straight screwdriver to adjust the COARSE knob until the INDICATOR just turn on. Then closewise adjust the SENSITIBITY ADJ knob, if the indicator light turn off before the SENDITIVITY ADJ point the 92 scale division, then finish the coarse adjustment, if the indicartor light can not turn off, please repeat the operation above.
     
    1. According to the property of the material, closewise adjust the SENSITIVITY
    ADJ knob to a suitable position. (normally about 75 scale division)
     
    1. Time-delay adjustment: when the probe has measured the changement of
    the material, no matter there is a time delay or not,the indicator light will make a changement immediately (turn on or turn off), but the relay output will not change right now, it only changes according to the time delay when the setted time up.

    Packing list:

    3. One copy of manufacturer certificate;
